We aim to process all orders by the end of the working day they are placed on. UK Mainland orders usually arrive between 2-4 working days, with international shipments usually taking between 4-7 working days. We are unable to exchange or return body jewellery. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.
If your jewellery is faulty, you must contact us within 1 working day. In most cases, an exchange or repair will be offered and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

All of our jewellery is nickel-free and highly polished to a beautiful standard, meaning they are tarnish resistant! However, please take care of your pieces, by checking them regularly to ensure they are secure (see how here). You may also gently use a jewellery polishing cloth every now and again to keep your jewellery looking like new! If you have any concerns or would like us to take a look at your jewellery please come in and we will assist in every way possible. Please store any unworn jewellery out of direct sunlight, and in a closed pouch or box away from any dust or debris that could coat or scratch the jewellery. If you would like to clean your jewellery, generally mild soap and warm water is sufficient, however certain materials including organics will require different specific care – please consult us with any queries.
